How to use
It is best not to brush with fluoride toothpaste before use. Apply to dry teeth.
Open the foil pouch. Remove the tooth strip from the liner. Apply the gel side of the strip to the front teeth. Align the edge of the strip with the gum film on the tooth and press to secure.
Wear the strip for 30 minutes. Avoid eating or drinking.
Remove the strip from the back of the tooth.
Brush off excess gel with warm water and a soft-bristled toothbrush.
For best results, use for at least 7 days and up to 2 days.
